Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each piece is made to order, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email shopbayanwear@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days (Mon–Fri). Most U.S. orders arrive in 5–10 business days after shipment. International transit varies and customs may add time.
When do you ship orders?
We ship Monday–Friday. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We can’t exchange sizes, so please double-check our size chart before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Duties/taxes are collected by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
