As our products are custom-made, we accept returns only for damaged items. Size-related exchanges are allowed within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping. Please check sizing info before purchasing. For assistance, contact us at info@bayanwear.com.
Transit Times
U.S.: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. International: Delivery times vary by destination, and customs processing may cause delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package size. International orders may also incur additional duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather, and customs processing can extend delivery times. While these are outside of our control, we’ll help you if something looks stuck.
Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost to reship.
