Shipping Policy
What to expect after you place an order with Bayan Wear.
Processing time
Our current processing window is within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Where we ship from
We’re based in Washington State (PNW) 🌲. All orders ship from the PNW.
Shipping time
Once an order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase required.
This includes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses available at checkout. There is no additional shipping charge for orders over 7 lb.
International orders
We ship to select international destinations available at checkout. International delivery times vary, and customs processing can add time. Customs duties or import taxes may be the customer’s responsibility.
Address issues
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an address issue after ordering, email info@bayanwear.com with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll review the order status and let you know what options are available.
